In Q3 2025, Compass agents completed 67,886 transactions, a 22% increase year-over-year, while the overall market rose by just 2%. Sales volume reached $70.7 billion, up 22.5% compared to Q3 2024, and market share grew to 5.63%, an increase of 0.83% year-over-year.

- Free cash flow grew 124% year-over-year, marking the 7th straight quarter of positive cash flow
